Hotel Spa Break Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is subject to promotional availability at participating hotels in Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
  2. The price of €79/GBP55.60 per person sharing is based on bookings for two adults sharing a twin/double for a one night stay only. Quoted sterling rates are subject to fluctuation.
  3. The offer includes Bed & Breakfast, one evening meal and one Spa Treatment. The specified spa treatment(s) will be carried out in the Hotel Spa or by a dedicated beauty therapist appointed by the hotel.
  4. Hotels will provide customers with 1 beauty treatment. Treatments are non transferable. To upgrade your treatment, customers pay for the higher value treatment direct to the hotel less the value of the free treatment.
  5. Offer includes full Irish Breakfast and one ‘table d`hote’ dinner.
  6. Additional service or other charges incurred by the guest must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
  7. To book your break log onto www.hotelspabreaks.com and enter your voucher number. Select your preferred location and dates of travel and a list of available hotels will come up. Alternatively you can call the booking line on 0818 242 016 to make a booking.
  8. If a booking is being made online, preferred treatments for each customer from the specified list must be mentioned in the Special Requests box at time of booking.
  9. Booking Deposit – give your Credit or Laser Card details when booking either online or via the HOTELPOINTS™ Booking Line 0818 242 016. A 12.5% booking deposit including 23% VAT (€24.29) plus a €2.95 card processing fee will be charged to your account on booking and a debit for the amount of €27.24 will appear on your Card statement payable to Bookassist. The outstanding balance of €133.71 is payable on departure from your hotel, along with any additional service or other charges incurred by the guest. Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.
  10. Please note that bookings made through our booking line will incur an additional booking operator service charge of €4 (£3stg).
  11. HOTELPOINTS™ Customers must present their valid Spa Break Certificate upon arrival in the hotel. Photocopied, forged or damaged hotel certificates will not be accepted by participating hotels. Vouchers are also required when making a reservation on the Hotelpoints booking line at 0818 242 016 as a booking reference.
